File permission chnage

Hi,

I am unable to change the file permissions of sitemap.xml and ror.xml using Filezilla the way it has been described in the installation manual. How can I rectify the issue?

what is your server OS? If you are on Windows/IIS, you should be able to modify permissions (allow write access) via hosting control panel
