XML Parsing Error

When I try to view my sitemap in the Generator I get this message:

XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Line Number 1, Column 1:

It's the same for the ROR format.

When I try to download the HTML one I get this message:

Not Found
The requested URL /generator/data/sitemap.html was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I thought I followed the instructions perfectly, so where have I gone wrong?

Hello,

looks like it's empty, did you generate the sitemap? You should open Crawling page and click Run button then wait until it's completed.

When I do that it runs for about 3 seconds but doesn't seem to actually generate anything.
