Sitemap stalls after 5131 URLs

I bought this program because it claims to retrieve thousands of URLs.

I have communicated back and forth with admin, and got no where. If like the majority you are on shared hosting, and you can not change the server settings you are wasting your time.

Admin, please could a refund be issued.
