XML Parsing Error - PLEASE HELP

I just updated my XML sitemap and I am getting the following error:

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed
Location: [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Line Number 4, Column 77:

How do I correct this error?  This is how my URLs are built.

are you sure this sitemap is created with our online sitemap generator?

You should generate sitemap here: https://www.xml-sitemaps.com/
And put it on your site.
