Can someone explain exactly what the "Unlimited PHP Sitemap Generator" is? Does it update the sitemap.xml automatically when someone posts?

See, I have 2 php forums and 2 php "free classifieds" websites. Should I be using the "Unlimited PHP Sitemap Generator" on them for my sitemaps?

"Unlimited PHP Sitemap Generator" is the PHP script that should be installed on *your* server, it has no limits for maximum number of pages to crawl and you can setup a cron task on your server to automatically regenerate sitemap daily/weekly etc (unlike our free online generator).
