Deleted pages keep showing up, new pages don't

I just recently installed the standalone version of the generator and can't say I'm happy with the results.  I keep having long ago deleted pages show up in my html sitemap and pages that I've recently added are not showing up.  Any thoughts?  I had similar problems with the free version but it was free so couldn't complain.

did you regenerate sitemap? Please PM your generator URL and example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached, starting from homepage.
