Broken Link is urL appended to itself

I keep getting a broken link that looks like this:

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]/mysite.com

When I search the page Sitemap Generator tells me it found the broken link on I cannot find the broken link.

How can I resolve this.  I can provide more specifics if you need them.
