Main URL showing up twice in sitemap

Hey Folks,
  Just got the standalone version and it works great. I think I may be doing something incorrectly in my links because in the sitemap I generated I have [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] showing up. So it's basically the same link twice. How do I get rid of the index.htm or does it matter if it stays in there when I submit my sitemap to google?

You can add "index.htm" in "Exclude URLs" option for that.
