I want to ask about the what to give a different priorty for some of the division of my forum than the other automaticly?


and what is the suitable priorty for a phpbb3 forum that will not gejected by google and archives quickly

you can define custom priority  for pages using "Individual attributes" option in sitemap generator configuration. The priority setting should be in range of 0.0 to 1.0.
