cronned spidering

If I cron a spidering, can I still interupt it from the admin section?  If so, how?

Hello Tone,

if you see the "already in progress" message when opening "Crawling" tab at Sitemap Generator, you can click the "interrup it" link and the script will stop working after a while.
Otherwise, you can create an empty file data/interrupt.log and wait a bit.

Thank you - i knew in previous versions it would tell me if a cron was running but for some reason yesterday it did not.  Thanks for the the interupt.log file creation hint.
