Hi,
I accidentally ran the sitemap job from the web interface rather than the command line. With 40,000 pages I knew the server couldn't hold that in memory.

As a result, the job failed. Can you show me how to cancel the job that is part way through so I can run it from the command line? The new job won't start until this failed one is cleared.

Regards
Chris

Hello,

in case if it is still running, you can create empty "interrupt.log" file in generator/data/ folder via FTP to stop it.

Hi,
I have replaced file but it still seems to be showing as a failed job.

Is there anything else you can suggest please.

Do you mean it is displayed on Crawling page near "Resume generation" checkbox? You can simply ignore it and start generation from the scratch, or remove data/crawl_dump.log file.
