Only indexing few pages of my site

Hi,
I have successfully indexed several sites using this wonderful tool but there's one of my sites that is causing me a problem. I fact, I tried to index both [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] but only few pages are taken into account. Any idea why that is ?
