Excluding files with variables

I'm trying to excluide urls lik  /photo1.html /photo2.html /photo563.html, but I don't want to exclude urls like /photos-gallery/

So How can I do to exclude every url wit photoX.html?

If I exclude the word photo, then every url that contains the word will be excluded right? but I don't want that.. I just want to exclude every page that has ha word photo plus a number, the number is an ID generated for new photos so will always have pages like photoID.html and I don't want to include those urls.
