Lost of google links

Since asking you to install your software on my site, I notice my visitor number had dropped, and assume that was down to the credit crunch just slowing thing down. However I discovered yesterday, when I check my google account that I had lost all my google links, both in and out going, and the only thing recently that's changed is adding your sitemap generator,  I have now remove your software until I can find out why this as happening

sitemap generator is a standalone script that doesn't modify any pages on your site, so it cannot be related to that.

I am sorry but nothing else has been changed, and I monitor my links etc on a weekly basis, the only thing that changed is that we added your sitemap software?

SERPs fluctuations happen even nothing changes on the site at all, this is a dynamic process.
