Do I need to list ALL urls?

My site has pages like [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] where I have about 5000 database entries and x could be 1-5000.

Do I need to include all those ids in my sitemap?

If so, what do I do about the new entries that occur daily?  Recreate my sitemap everyday?

Hello,

as long as those are valuable content pages, it's  recommended to include all of them.
You should update sitemap from time to time to include new pages (not necessary every day though).
