Need to change a few things + url problems

Installed and working fine.
I have purchased and installed the SMG on various servers and set them all to email me the report.

Is there anyway to:
Change the email subject (They all say the same and I would like them to be individual depending on the site)
Remove - 'Thank you for using Standalone Sitemap Generator - https://www.xml-sitemaps.com' (This is irrelevant to me as I know where it came from!)

Also:
On some setups I do not need, for example, a txt sitemap to be created.
In the report the links are still generated.
Also some of the links are incorrect - namely (this is how I get them) -

Text Sitemap
http : //./data/urllist.txt <-- No domain

HTML Sitemap
http : ///home/USER/public_html/FOLDER/data/sitemap.html <-- 3 /// and it should be a URL and not a folder path.

Lastly, is it possible to setup to email the same report to more than 1 address?

Hello,

email subject/body cannot be customized currently. The issue with URL to text sitemap will  be resolved in the next version of sitemap generator.
