Generator doesn't find any other pages

Hi...

I just purchased the generator, and I believe it's installed correctly.  I've done my chmod's and checked robots.txt.  But it's only finding the root page, that's it.  The root page has links going everywhere.

Thoughts?  Thanks...

Hmm... after further testing... the only thing that worked was changing the 'Starting URL' to the server IP Address.  Then it worked... but now I don't know why it won't resolve my domain name.  I have several two domains for my site, but I don't know why this would affect things... ?
