unable to generate ror and sitemap.xml after craweled

I just bought an umlimited version yesterday, installed and worked fine . able to make sitemap in html and gz file version , but not in ror and sitemap.xml file. then I have to extract the gz file and upload the crawled xml file to root dir every time Why ?

you should disable "GZip compression" option in sitemap generator configuration to create plain xml files.
