Where are the files and folders?

I have just downloaded the zip file, but when I open it there are only four files extracted:
they are:

runcrawl.php
documentation.html
license.html
index.php

I know I may be being stupid, but where are the other files and folders referred to in the installation guide?

... Later:

OK I was being stupid. It was my unzipper (zip genius) that somehow split the zip file into three stages. Found the files now.
