When Crawler is run, it does not show any stats...Just blank box

Hi there,

Can anybody help me with this. I have just purchased sitemap unlimited and set it up. When I run the crawler, it brings me to the crawler screen but with a big empty box (no stats as mentioned in the forum). It simply says Please wait. Sitemap generation in progress..." just above the box. After sometime, it just takes me to a blank screen (with done at the bottom of the browser).
