Help Purchased sitemap and installation

Hi everyone. I purchased A sitemap and installation yesterday.  I have given my ftp details etc. Does anyone know the turn around time as to when this will be installed? 

Any info would be much appreciated cause i am feeling a bit left in the dark at the moment.
