404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an Error

Hi

Appologies I am very new and this is probalby something stupid. I have installed the files as layed out in the installtion file. But when i try to access [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] I get (with mysite chagbed for my web address)

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /generator/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Please would some one be a ble to point me int the right direction.
