Sitemap for Forum

I have a php forum and I want to make a sitemap with only the posts and exclude all the other stuff like viewprofile.php?. How can I do this.

what is the forum software you are running? (vBulletin/IP Borad/SMF/phpBB)
Are you running a standalone sitemap generator? (free online generator doesn't support exclusion settings)

I am using the standalone generator and the forum software is PHP V 2.2

Thats exactly what I was looking for so thanks for your help. I am currently running the software again and it has eliminated all the crap out!
