Crowing Problem and gnerating sitemap

Hi,

We have installed XML-site Generator but we tried to cowling and also we used IP inseated of  Url but It is giving following output.

And It is not generating sitmap.xml and ror.xml ,it is currently blank.

Please sorted as soon thanks in advance.
