GoDaddy - Sitemap Generator Problems With Install and Application

I installed exactly as the instructions say to.

The problem is, that whenever I use browser and type in www.mysite.generator (replacing the "mysite" with my actual website url of course), that it simply displays my website .index page....

When I try to add the extension [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] it does the same thing, except it omits any images.

I have tried replacing "mysite.com" with my IP address + /generator/index.php and I get a Forbidden 403 error.

Does anyone know how to make this program work on GoDaddy?

RewriteEngine off
