Chaning Configuration File

How can I change my configuration file. When I try to edit configration setting it generates a message that 'config file is not writeable'?

make sure that you set 0666 permissions to generator/config.inc.php file (via FTP or in your hosting control panel). After saving configuration changes, you can set permissions back to 0644.
