Error browsing in generator sitemap

Hi,

I have bought the sitemap generator software. I have installed the software on a server with php 4.0.4pl1 but I have a lot of problems and I can't use it.
I have uncompressed the generator and I have installed in my website but when I enter in the url to enter in aplication generator but I can't browse for differents eyelashes. I clicked on "crawling" but the PHP function to direct to crawling tab doesn't work. With the tabs of " view sitemap" , " analyze" .... happens the same.

Maybe is there any problem with 4.0.4 and generator?
I have installed the generator in others servers and I haven't had any problem.
