Sitemap Generation not working

I have installed the sitemap generator on my server but when I try to have it crawl my website to obtain a sitemap the sitemap generator does not crawl the entire site and stops on its own. I would like a refund but cannot find an email address or phone number to call regarding this. Can anyone provide me with contact information?
