Sitemap.xml showing Error.

Guys,

I have a website with around 35000 pages. I created sitemap.xml for this site and split it into 5 files like
sitemap_1.xml, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Now google can't crawl my file its showing the following error.

anyone plz tell me how can I remove this error?? its working fine with firefox.

this sitemap file doesn't seem to be created by our standalone sitemap generator, can you please let me know your generator URL?

Now I purchased sitemap-generator from [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and uploaded it into my ftp.
I created blank sitemap.xml and ror.xml as per your manual.
But now my sitemap shows nothing. Its blank.
how much time will take it to create sitemap???
