Sitemap generation several links end with " \ "

Just noticed my sitemap generated several links that end with "\" .

When i clicked the link copied&pasted, i found there is messy code .

For instance :

[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Normally, the URL should be "[ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]"

More than 100 forum threads links generated regularly , but i have 5 links end with "\" . 

Anybody can point out how  solve to the problem ?
