Site Map maps to only one level down

Hi,

I have just installed Unlimited Sitemap Generator , and when I run it, it only maps those pages that are directly linked from my homepage.  Maximum Depth level is set to the default 150.  My sit is based on ZenCart

Any thoughts on what I'm doing wrong?

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting  from homepage?
