Purchased but could not use it??

I bought your stand alone version of sitemap generatoron 16nth may, tried myself to install - could not, took the help of my wemaster - still could not. I wrote to Oleg and he replied on 10th Jun he will try to do it, I gave all FTP login info on the same day, but no response for my 4 mails I send after that. Does it mean I can't use this SW? Can you tell me yes or no at least?
