ror.xml is too big : 20 mb
can i make it ror1.xml  .   ror2.xml   .   ror3.xml  .  ror4.xml

ROR sitemap is designed to be in a single file.
XML sitemap is automatically splitten on multiple files though since that's required by sitemaps protocol.

Yes, ror format doesn't support index files (list of sitemap files), unlike xml sitemap format.
