Set file attributes

Hello,

Unfortunately I do not have the facility to 'set file attributes' in my drop down. I cannot change the ror, sitemap or generator attributes so I am now stuck! I use Cute FTP but also have access to my site via my host, still I have no access to set the attributes for the files?

Is there a way around this please?

Hello,

in case if you are on Windows server, you should allow write access via hosting control panel or with remote desktop access.
