Generator Stops After 101 Pages!

I've used the free online generator and it stops after 101 pages so uploaded the stand-alone version. This too stops and generates only 101 pages. What am I doing wrong? Any Ideas? I have 112 pages to list. Pages are mostly generated from a MySql database.
