Problem with utf-8
« on: June 24, 2009, 03:41:56 PM »
Hi, our website is encoded in utf-8. eg <meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" /> but in the sitemap.xml there are some problems with the charset eg:  <loc>http://b├╝cher</loc>.
 Does anyone know why?

Hello,

all links in xml sitemap are "urlencoded", so they might appear non-readable. You should just submit xml sitemap to Google.
