Proxy Error

I submitted my site and received this error message.
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /2001/03/webdata/xsv.

Reason: Error reading from remote server
What should I do now? I'm very new to the website lingo...I
don't really know what a proxy server is. HELP!!

Hello,

that's related to a temporary issue on w3c website with xml validator tool. That doesn't affect your sitemap though and it should be still created fine.
