How to create sitemaps for multiple websites

I am new to this, I have the full version installed on my server within my main website. Can I use the same install to create sitemaps for multiple websites? or do I have to install the generator files within each website on the server in order to create a sitmap for it?

you can use the same instane, but you will have to manually move created sitemaps to corresponding domains. So, it's recommended to install a separate instance of generator.
