Facing Problem Sitemap generator not including all the URLs in site

Hi

I am using the site map generator tool for my site from long time.  Now it is not including all page URLs in sitemap.
My site contains more than 3000 pages but but my sitemap contains only 290 URLs.

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached from homepage?
