Duplicate URL

Hi,

I created my sitemap with the generator yesterday and then submitted it to google through webmaster tools.

It has been picked up by google but it is now saying that i have duplicate URLs.

It states This URL is a duplicate of another URL in the sitemap. Please remove it and resubmit.

It says the url is [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Is this because I have [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] and [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ] with the same content?

If this is the case does anyone know how I can relove this?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello,

please try to ceate robots.txt file in domain root with:

Code Select Expand

User-agent: *
Disallow: /index.html

and then recreate sitemap. That will remove duplicate entry from sitemap.
