not all of my webpages show up in my sitemap

I don't understand why when I create my sitemap, it only picks up 9 of my pages out of like 40 or so.  It doesn't make sense to me.  How do I get my sitemap to pick up all of my webpages.  My website is http://guysautoshop.com.  For example, the sitemape reconizes [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ], but not [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ].  Does anyone have any ideas what I need to do?

looks like some links are pointing to domain with www prefix, while others don't. Please try to use [ External links are visible to logged in users only ] as Starting URL instead of [ External links are visible to logged in users only ]
