Hello, How many urls and how many links I have to set up?

Number of URLs per file in XML sitemap:
??
(that may split your sitemap on multiple files)
Number of links per page in HTML sitemap:
??
(that will split your sitemap on several pages)

you can leave it in default state - 40000 and 1000 correspondingly.
