Only Index Page id Crawled

Good Day ! 
Question : Program is installed as seems to be working.
After a crawl, only the index.php is crawled.
My website : [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
Starting URL : [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]

Onther (and your) online XML services are doing fine and see all pages.
Any hint that I can follow to get my standalone version to work.

One more addtion :
I had moved the generator folder to the /shop/ directory, to see if that was the solution.
But it is not.
the sitemap URL is : [ External links are visible to forum administrators only ]
