Can u tell me if the site map make an
upgrade of his content himself ?

Or

I must make it everyday?

Hello,

you can setup a scheduled task in your hosting control panel to create sitemap automaitcally at specified time intervals.

It should be setup in your hosting control panel (if it supports cron tasks), not in generator configuration.
