Sitemap don´t works correct

Hello, first sorry for my bad english :-)

My problem is, that my website have nearly 12000 links, with all products, but the xml-sitemap genarator only finds 34 URL´s and it serches in only 120 sites. What can i do to get all links ( categories, products aso in my sitemap? I don´t know what to do:-(

could you please PM me your generator URL and an example URL that is not included in sitemap and how it can be reached starting  from homepage?
