My Unlimited version is stopping at 337 pages

Generator ran perfectly for the first 6 months, however, now it only creates a sitemap with 336 vs the 1300 or so it used to create.  I read through the examples of similar problems on the forum and adjusted memory and timing parameters, however, it still is stuck at 337.  Does anyone have a similar problem and a solution?
