Manual Crawl Stalls....

I'm a new customer w/in the week, so I think I'm running the current version of script.

My issue:

Manual crawl stalls. I have an html site with vBulletin added.

I have read every help post from others on this issue and have added the requested list to both "exclude" and "parse" lists.

Still no luck.

Unfortunately, I'm on a shared host with Host Gator and the TOS agreement (on shared servers) prevents them from increasing memory and time in the php.ini file. Is this accurate?

Please help.
