Hi,
I am very content with your sitemap generator. The only thing I would like to improve is the result of the .lhead-tags in the sitemap.html. Btw, I am running my site with joomla 1.12 and SEO.

So here my question:
1) Where does .lhead get its information from? My results are something like "fuer-jeden-anlass" (my site is in german). Now I would rather like to have an output like "Für jeden Anlass". This means: replace the "-"sign with a blank sign, have case sensitive writing and change the "ue" into "ü". Any chance to change that? Or is there a way where I can define where .lhead takes its information?

Thanks in advance!
