Sitemap Generator Forum

Hi,

I have purchased sitemap generator recently and installed successfully.  My site has several thousand pages.  Whenever I start running the cralwer, after 10 hours or so I cant see any increase in the generator/data folder, looks like the crawler stops.  After I restart the crawler from the point where it has stopped, no growth in the data folder.  Also, the files sitemap.xml and ror.xml is of zero size ( have given them 0666 permissions as requested).

Very confused, can someone please help.  Have been breaking my head for the last two days unsuccessfully.

Hello,

it looks like your server configuration doesn't allow to run the script long enough to create full sitemap. Please try to increase memory_limit and max_execution_time settings in php configuration at your host (php.ini file) or contact hosting support regarding this.
