Passwords wont set

Just installed as per instructions, when itry to add a paasword and user name and save it fails with an error. I have emailed you and paid for intallation and have heard nothing back since. I do need this sorted asap.

Can you take a look please. You have my ftp details in 2 seperate emails.

All sorted. For anyone else with this problem, delete the generator.conf file from the data folder and then set username and passwords.
